تمحور البحث حول السؤال التالي: ما واقع ممارسة القيادة التيسيرية لدى قادة المناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت؟ وقد توصل من خلال الدراسة الميدانية إلى النتيجة التالية: إن المتوسط العام لمحور القيادة التيسيرية بلغ (2.369) وهذا المتوسط يقع في حدود الاستجابة غالبا، وهذا يشير إلى أن عينة الدراسة من العاملين بالمناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت بوجه عام ترى أن القيادة التيسيرية متحققة غالبا، وقدم عدة مقترحات منها: 1) توفير بيئة داعمة لممارسات القيادة التيسيرية في المناطق التعليمية بدولة الكويت لإيجاد مناخ عمل يسمح بالعمل الجمعي والمبادرات الفردية المبدعة والابتكارية. 2) تبني قيادات المناطق التعليمية مدخل الإدارة التيسيرية كمدخل إداري حديث لتطوير وتحسين الإبداع الإداري للعاملين بالمناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت. 3) تقديم أفضل ممارسات القيادة االتيسيرية كنمط قيادي يتفق ومتغيرات عصر العولمة من جانب، والتعامل مع كافة العاملين بالمنطقة التعليمية من جانب آخر. Research answered the following question: What is the reality of the practice of facilitative leadership for the leaders of educational districts in Kuwait?. The study reached, through the field study, the following results: The overall average of the facilitative leadership axis was (2.369), and this average is often within the limits of the response, and this indicates that the study sample from employers in educational directorates in the State of Kuwait in general believes that the facilitative leadership is often achieved. The research presented several proposals, including: 1) Providing an environment supportive of facilitative leadership practices in the educational directorates of the State of Kuwait to create a working environment that allows collective action and individual creative and innovative initiatives. 2) Providing best practices of facilitative leadership as a leadership style consistent with the changes in the era of globalization on the one hand, and dealing with all employers in the educational directorates on the other hand. 3) The leaders of the educational directorates adopt the facilitation management entrance as a modern administrative approach to develop and improve the administration creativity of employers in the educational directorates in the State of Kuwait, Providing an environment supportive of facilitative leadership practices in the educational directorates of the State of Kuwait to create a working environment that allows collective action and individual creative and innovative initiatives.
