استهدف البحث الراهن دراسة أثر تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد على قدرة مؤسسات التعليم العالي المصرية على تطبيق التعليم عن بعد والتي تسببت فيها أزمة تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد 19) وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية قامت بها الباحثة في العديد من مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمصر. استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد (100) عضو هيئة تدريس، يمثلون عدد (11) مؤسسة تعليمية حكومية وخاصة ما بين كليات ومعاهد عليا، وقامت الباحثة بتحليل النتائج وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، من أهمها: 1) لا توجد فروق جوهرية بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي المصرية تعزى إلى موقف المؤسسة من الاعتماد في أبعاد التعليم عن بعد التالية: (توافر البنية التكنولوجية اللازمة، توافر الخبرات البشرية، تخطيط القيادات الأكاديمية لإدارة أزمة التعليم، تطوير المحتوى التعليمي لمناسبة التحول من التعليم النمطي إلى التعليم عن بعد، مؤشرات استفادة الطلاب المعرفية (المعارف، المهارات). 2) توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين توافر مقومات ضمان الجودة وتوافر أبعاد التعليم عن بعد بمؤسسات التعليم العالي. 3) اعتبرات عينة الدراسة أن قنوات الواتس أب هي الوسيلة الأكثر استخداماً لتوصيل محتوى التعليم عن بعد سواء في المؤسسات المعتمدة أو غير المعتمدة يليها صفحات الفيس بوك. 4) تعتبر اللقاءات المسجلة هي الأكثر استخداما من قبل عينة الدراسة يليها ملفات PDF وملفات power point . 5) اعتبرت عينة الدراسة أن ملفات power point كانت الأكثر تأثيرا في الطلاب يليها المحاضرات المباشرة. 6) توجد العديد من المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق النجاح المنتظر للتعليم عن بعد ومنها قلة تفاعل الطلاب، ضعف البنية التكنولوجية لبعض مؤسسات التعليم العالي المصري ومحدودية تدريب الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة على استخدام وسائل التعليم عن بعد. The current research aims to measure the impact of quality assurance and accreditation on the ability of Egyptian higher education institutions to apply distance education systems, through a field study conducted by the researcher in several higher education institutions in Egypt. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect the study data. The study sample consisted of (100) faculty members, representing (11) governmental educational institutions, especially among colleges and higher institutes. The researcher analyzed the results and the study reached many results, the most important are: There are no fundamental differences between the Egyptian higher education institutions due to the institution’s position on accreditation in the following dimensions of distance education: (availability of the necessary technological infrastructure, availability of human expertise, planning academic leaders to manage the education crisis, developing educational content to suit the transition from standard education to education. Distance, indicators of students' cognitive benefit (knowledge, skills). There is a correlation relationship between the availability of quality assurance components and the availability of distance education dimensions in higher education institutions. The study sample considered that WhatsApp channels are the most used means to deliver remote education content, whether in accredited or non-accredited institutions, followed by Facebook pages. The recorded videos are the most used by the study sample, followed by the pdf files and Power point files. The study sample considered that the PowerPoint files were the most influential on the students, followed by the direct lectures. There are many obstacles that prevent the expected success of distance education, including the lack of student interaction, the weakness of the technological infrastructure of some Egyptian higher education institutions, and the limited training of students and faculty members and the assisting body to use and means of distance education.
