تهدف هذه الورشة لتخطيط وتنظيم عدع من خطوات النموذج التفاعلي لتخطيط البرنامج، والذي تمّ تصميمه بواسطة كافاريالا ودافرون (2013) في برامج التخطيط لتعليم الكبار، كما تسعى الورشة لتطبيق هذا النموذج في تصميم برنامج لتعليم القراءة والكتابة لأولياء أمور الطلبة المهاجرين في ضوء التعليم المستمر. في كل مرحلة من مراحل البرنامج؛ سيتم شرح الأنشطة المدرجة فيها، وأهمية هذه المراحل في تصميم البرنامج، وكيف تمّ تنفيذه في عملية تخطيط البرنامج التدريبي. اختتمت هذه الورقة بالعديد من الملاحق التي تتضمن تقييماً موجزاَ للمتعلمين الكبار والمعلمين، وكذلك أشطة التعلم الساعية لتحقيق الأهداف. This workshop aims to plan and organize a number of components of the Interactive Model of Program Planning, described by Caffarella and Daffron (2013) in Planning Programs for Adult Learners. For each component, I will explain the activities included in that component, the importance of that component to design my program and how I carried them out in the process of planning the training program. Finally, this paper concluded with several appendices that include a summative reflection of learners and instructor’s evaluation, and also learning objectives and activities to meet the objectives.
