تحددت مشكلة الدراسة الحالية في الحاجة إلى تأسيس حاضنة للبحوث التربوية بجامعة العريش بمصر. تم طرح الأسئلة التالية: ما متطلبات (ركائز) تأسيس حاضنة للبحوث التربوية بجامعة العريش؟ وما توصيف حاضنة (مقترحة) للبحوث التربوية بجامعة العريش؟ وما آراء معلمي المعلمين (بجامعة العريش) في التصور المقترح لحاضنة البحوث التربوية؟. تم بناء قائمة بركائز حاضنة البحوث التربوية بجامعة العريش اشتملت على (27) مرتكزا موزعة على ثلاثة محاور هي: المرتكزات التربوية، والمرتكزات المادية، والمرتكزات اللوجستية. وبناء التصور المقترح لحاضنة البحوث التربوية بجامعة العريش، وتضمن الفلسفة التي قام عليها، ورؤية حاضنة البحوث التربوية، ورسالتها، وأهدافها، والهيكل التنظيمي لها، والفئات المستهدفة منها، وآليات عملها. تم استطلاع رأي (27) عضو هيئة تدريس بكلية التربية (بنسبة 40%) من إجمالي معلمي المعلمين بجامعة العريش في التصور المقترح لحاضنة البحوث التربوية. وجاءت نتائج الاستطلاع بالموافقة على جميع بنود عناصر التصور، وتقدير هذه العناصر بالمستوى الـ (جيد)، وحددوا صعوبات تطبيق التصور المقترح، وقدموا مقترحات للتغلب عليها، وتطوير التصور المقترح لحاضنة البحوث. أوصت الدراسة باعتماد التصور المقترح كوحدة ذات طابع خاص بحاضنة البحوث التربوية بجامعة العريش، وتفعيل الشراكة بين كلية التربية بالعريش، ومديرية التربية والتعليم بشمال سيناء. وتم اقتراح القيام بدراسة تقويمية لحاضنة البحوث التربوية بجامعة العريش على ضوء معايير جودة البحوث التربوية، وآثارها المجتمعية. The study discusses the need to establish an incubator for educational research at Al-Arish University in Egypt. The study questions are: 1) What are the requirements (pillars) for establishing an incubator for educational research at Al-Arish University? 2) What is the description of the (suggested) educational research incubator at Al-Arish University? 3) What are the opinions of teacher educators (at Al-Arish University) in the proposed framework of the educational research incubator? To answer the questions of the study, the researchers developed an inventory of the foundations of the educational research incubator at the University of Arish, which included (27) items distributed on three dimensions: the educational foundations, the material foundations, and the logistical foundations. The proposed framework for the educational research incubator at the University of Arish was thus developed and included the philosophy on which it was based, its vision, mission, objectives, organizational structure, target groups, and work mechanisms. The views of (27) faculty members at the Faculty of Education (40%) of the total teacher educators at Al-Arish University were. surveyed regarding the proposed framework of the educational research incubator. Results of the survey approved all the items of the framework, estimating these elements at the level of (good). Respondents also identified the obstacles of implementing the proposed framework, and suggested ways to overcome them to develop the proposed research incubator framework. The researchers recommended the adoption of the proposed framework as a special nature unit for establishing the educational research incubator at the University of Al-Arish and activating the partnership between the Faculty of Education in Arish and the Directorate of Education in North Sinai. The researchers suggested conducting an evaluative study for the educational research incubator at the University of Al Arish in the light of educational research standards, and its societal effects.
