هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مفهوم المحاسبية التعليمية في مدارس التعليم الابتدائي وأهم المعوقات التي تواجه مديري المدارس في أدائهم المحاسبي، والوقوف على الواقع الفعلي لأداء مديري المدارس في مجال التخطيط لتطوير وتنمية المدرسة، وذلك من وجهة نظر معلمي وإداريي المدارس الابتدائية في الإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة قنا، ووضع مقترحات لتطوير أداء مديري المدارس الابتدائية في مجال التخطيط، وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل واقع أداء مديري المدارس الابتدائية في مجال التخطيط، حيث طبق الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية من (1130) معلم، (145) إداري المدارس الابتدائية في خمس إدارات في محافظة قنا، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة قلة خبرة مديري المدارس الابتدائية في مجال التخطيط، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى بعض المقترحات لتطوير الأداء المحاسبي لمديري المدارس الابتدائية في التخطيط في ضوء استجابات أفراد العينة. The current study aimed to identify the concept of educational accounting in primary education schools and the most important obstacles facing the accounting performance of school principals in their accounting performance. To find out the actual reality of the performance of school principals in planning for the development of the school, this is from the viewpoint of primary school teachers and administrators in the educational departments in Qena Governorate. And puts proposals for developing the performance of primary school principals in the planning field. The researcher relied on the classroom analytical approach to describe and analyze the reality of the performance of primary school principals in the field of planning. Where the questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (1130) teachers, (145) primary school administrators in five departments in Qena Governorate. The results of the study showed the lack of experience of primary school principals in planning, The study also reached some proposals to develop the accounting performance of primary school principals in planning in light of the responses of the sample members.
