استهدفت الدراسة وضع تصور مقترح للتربية الوجدانية للأطفال، وأدوار معلمات رياض الأطفال في تحقيقها، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطبيق استبانة تقيس واقع قيام معلمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة أسوان بأدوارهن في تفعيل التربية الوجدانية لطفل الروضة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى قيام معلمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة أسوان بأدوارهن بصورة مقبولة في تنمية قدرة الأطفال على الإدراك الجيد للانفعالات والتمييز بينها ومعرفة العواطف الذاتية، وتعرف مشاعر الآخرين، وتمكين الأطفال من التحكم في انفعالاتهم السلبية وتحويلها إلى انفعالات إيجابية، وإكساب الأطفال القدرة على التعاطف مع الآخرين وقراءة مشاعرهم من خلال تعبيرات وجههم، وتعريف الأطفال بأساليب تكوين علاقات ناجحة مع الآخرين بكل مهارة واقتدار. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع برامج متطورة للتربية الوجدانية لأطفال الروضة تستهدف تنمية مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي لديهم بما يحقق لهم النجاح في حياتهم المستقبلية. This study aimed to develop a suggested proposal for the emotional education among children and the roles of kindergarten teachers in achieving them. The study adapted the descriptive approach through the application of a questionnaire that assesses the reality of the kindergarten teachers (study participants) in Aswan and their roles in activating the emotional education of kindergarten children in Aswan. The results revealed that kindergarten teachers did their roles in developing the ability of children to recognize the emotions well and distinguish between them and know emotional self, know the feelings of others, enable children to control their negative emotions and turn them into positive emotions, and give children the ability to empathize with others, read their feelings through expressions of their face and unite with them emotionally, and familiarize children with the methods of forming successful relationships with others. The study recommended the need for the development of emotional education programs for kindergarten children aimed at developing their emotional intelligence level to achieve success in their future lives.
