هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحقيق عدة أهداف منها: 1) تحديد مستوى الدافعية العقلية، والدعم الاجتماعي المدرك، وحالات الهوية الأكاديمية لدى عينة من طالبات شعبة الطفولة بكلية التربية بقنا، بلغ حجمها (300) طالبة موزعة على ثلاثة فرق دراسية بمتوسط عمر (20,7) وانحراف معياري (1,46)، بالإضافة إلى 2) الكشف عن الدلالات التنبؤية لحالات الهوية الأكاديمية ومصادر الدعم الاجتماعي المدرك والمستوى الدراسي للطالبات بالدافعية العقلية، و3) تحديد الدالة التمييزية بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي الدافعية العقلية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تعريب مقياس حالات الهوية الأكاديمية، وإعداد مقياس الدعم الاجتماعي المدرك، واستخدام الصورة المعربة لمقياس كاليفورنيا للدافعية العقلية، وتم التحقق من الكفاءة السيكومترية لتلك المقاييس. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الدافعية العقلية والدعم الاجتماعي المدرك لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة كان أعلى من المتوسط الفرضي، كما أظهرت عينة الدراسة مستوى أعلى من المتوسط في حالتي الهوية الأكاديمية (المحققة، والمعلقة)، وأقل من المتوسط في حالتي الهوية الأكاديمية (المضطربة، والمغلقة)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى إمكانية التنبؤ بالدافعية العقلية من خلال حالات الهوية الأكاديمية، ومصادر الدعم الاجتماعي المدرك، وأظهرت النتائج الدور المعدل للدعم الاجتماعي المدرك وللمستوى الدراسي في طبيعة الدلالات التنبؤية لحالات الهوية بالدافعية العقلية، كما توجد دالة تمييزية يمكن من خلالهما التنبؤ بعضوية الطالبات في مجموعتي المرتفعين و المنخفضين في الدافعية العقلية. The current study aimed at achieving several objectives: 1) determining the level of mental motivation, perceived social support and academic identity, among a sample of 300 female students enrolled at Qena faculty of education (mean=20.7, SD=1.46), 2) detecting the predictive indicators of academic identity status, different sources of social support , the student's study level in predicting the mental motivation, and 3) revealing the discriminatory function between high and low mental motivation. To achieve the study aims, a version of academic identity status scale was translated and adopted, scale for the Perceived Social Support Scale was developed, and the translated image of the California Measure of Mental Motivation was used. Also, the psychometric properties of these scales were estimated. The results of the study showed that the level of mental motivation and perceived social support among the study sample was higher than the hypothesis average. The study sample also showed a higher level than the average in the (achieved and moratorium) academic identity status and less than the average in the (diffused and foreclosed) academic identity status. The study concluded that the mental motivation could be predicted by the academic identity status, the sources of perceived social support. Also, the results showed the moderating role of perceived social support and student's study level in the predictive indicators of identity status in mental motivation, and there was a discriminatory function that could predict the membership of students in the high and low groups in mental motivation.
