هدف البحث إلى محاوله التعرف على دور الجامعات الخاصة في خدمه المجتمع من خلال عرض الإطار المفاهيمي للجامعات الخاصة والوظائف المنوط بها، والتعرف على واقع الوظيفة الثالثة لأربع جامعات خاصة (6 أكتوبر، الألمانية، البريطانية، الدلتا للعلوم والتكنولوجيا) والتعرف على المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق الوظيفة الثالثة في الجامعات المصرية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وأداة الاستبيان. تم التوصل إلى: 1) الجامعات الخاصة تركز على الجانب الربحي. 2) غياب التعاون بين الجامعات الحكومية والخاصة. 3) عدم وجود التواصل بين الجامعة والمؤسسات الإنتاجية. 4) لا تقوم الجامعة بتوظيف خريجيها. The purpose of the research is to try to identify the role of private universities in community service by presenting the conceptual framework of private universities and the functions assigned to them, and to identify the reality of the third position of four private universities (October 6, GUC, BUE, Delta Science and Technology) and identify the obstacles that prevent the achievement of the third position in Egyptian universities. The research used the descriptive method and the study tool was a questionnaire. The study reached: 1) Private universities focus on the profit side. 2) Lack of cooperation between public and private universities. 3) Lack of communication between the university and the productive institutions. 4) The university does not employ its graduates.
