And it reached a number of results, the most important of which were the following: The importance of setting standards and conditions for the occupants of the educational supervision function in selecting and selecting the most efficient elements in existence, and adopting modern and contemporary strategies, patterns and ideas in the field of educational supervision that are applicable whenever an implementation mechanism is set for them, and foreseeing the future. And setting educational standards for educational supervision that keep pace with the needs of the times, including the changing needs of students from time to time. It should be seen that supervision is a process, not a job, for supervising is not a function that is exercised by the position holder as much as it is a process that is undertaken by multiple parties, such as the supervisor, colleagues of the teacher, the principal of the school, or the teacher himself, and reliance on educational leaders with insights and fertile imagination, and high qualifications In school supervision and leadership.
