The study aimed to evaluate the experience of E-learning at Aden University and to know the extent of students' acceptance and satisfaction and their interaction with it, in addition to the effectiveness of the education type. The study sought to achieve its objectives by distributing a questionnaire consisting of 15 sample items consisting of 14 students from the Statistics Doctorate program Students at the faculty of Administrative Sciences, which are 6 students (male and female), and the MA program in The Feminist Studies and Development at the Women's Center for Research and Training, which are 21 students. The study through the statistical evaluation, reached a number of results in which t revealed the acceptance and satisfaction of students for E-learning and its effectiveness, as the students who went through the experiment agreed that the effectiveness of E-learning was very high in the success of the educational process, and that the student needs a medium skill level in using computers and internet to use the techniques of e-learning methods, and the best way to be used effectively in electronic education is electronic libraries and scientific research . Then the means of interactive communication video conference, followed by communication the material records, in addition to suit of the electronic learning method to the needs of those to education of different circumstances and ages. The study also reflected the students' good impression of previous e-learning experiences, which contributed to facilitate students' acceptance of the transition from traditional education to E-learning. The study also found that there were no significant differences between the students' general variables (gender, age, educational level, professional experience and specialization) and the responses of the study sample.
