هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الوقوف على وجهات نظر العاملين نحو مدى توفر وأهمية الأدوار المناطه بالمكتبات نحو خدمة الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة بمدينة الرياض، وذلك بهدف محاولة تكوين رؤية واضحة حول تلك الأدوار بقدر الإمكان، وللوصول إلى ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، حيث اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (153) عامل وعامله، وتم إعداد أداة الدراسة في ضوء ما تم صياغته من أهداف وأسئلة الدراسة. كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن مفردات عينة الدراسة من العاملين والعاملات تم التوافق بينهم بدرجة عالية على مدى أهمية الأدوار المناطه بالمكتبات لخدمة الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة بمدينة الرياض، وأهمية توفرها بالمكتبات. The present study aimed to identify the employees' views on the availability and importance of the assigned roles to libraries for serving people with disabilities in Riyadh. In order to try to form a clear vision about those roles as far as possible and to access to use the descriptive approach, where the sample included the study of (153) male and female workers and the study tool was prepared in the light of what was formulated goals and questions of the study. The study findings showed that the study sample vocabulary of workers was highly consistent among them on the importance of the assigned roles to libraries for serving people with disabilities in Riyadh city and the importance of their availability in the libraries.
