The study aims to: Know how the university has transformed from the traditional administrative organization to the default administrative organization that began to appear, spread as a result of economic globalization, and the progress in the field of information technology, electronic communication, and other reasons. The study reviewed the patterns of traditional universities, virtual universities, and hybrid or hybrid universities. I.e. that combines the traditional and the virtual. The study reached a set of results, including: a matrix that combines the patterns of different universities in their intersection with the traditional and virtual organizational patterns, and in order to achieve its objectives, the study showed the concept of both the traditional organization, the default organization, the requirements for the implementation of the latter, and how to shift from traditional to virtual in organization, Samples were provided from universities and businesses.
