هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير المعاهد العليا الخاصة للهندسة والتكنولوجيا في مصر في ضوء متطلبات سوق العمل. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتم تطبيق استبانة على عينة من طلاب الفرقة النهائية بهذه المعاهد وذلك للتعرف على واقعها والمشكلات التي تواجهها وتحول دون ارتباطها بسوق العمل، وقد تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج من خلال الإطار النظري والدراسة الميدانية والتي في ضوئها تم وضع التصور المقترح. The objective of the study was to develop a proposed vision for the development of the higher institutes of engineering and technology in Egypt in light of the requirements of the labor market. To achieve this objective, the study used the descriptive approach. A questionnaire was applied to a group of students in the final division of these institutes to identify the reality of these institutes and the problems they face and impede them, A number of results were reached through the theoretical framework and the field study, in light of the proposed scenario.
