هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة التوصل إلى أبرز المقترحات لمواجهة معوقات إدارة مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بدولة الكويت في ضوء مدخل الجودة الشاملة. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع والذي تتضح خطواته من خلال التنظير للجودة الشاملة في مجال التعليم الثانوي بدولة الكويت والوقوف على أهم نواحي القصور التي تعاني منها إدارة المدارس الثانوية في هذه دولة. تم تصميم استبانة قدمت إلى المديرين والمعلمين ببعض مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بهدف الوقوف على أهم نواحي القصور التي تعاني منها إدارة المدارس الثانوية وكيفية التغلب عليها في ضوء مدخل الجودة الشاملة. The main objective of the current research is to try to reach the most prominent proposals to address the obstacles of the management of public secondary schools in the State of Kuwait in the light of the comprehensive quality approach. The current research has used the descriptive approach because of its relevance to the nature of the current research. In order to achieve some of the objectives of the research, the researcher designed a questionnaire presented to the principals and teachers in some general secondary education schools in order to identify the most important aspects of the state of Kuwait. Deficiencies that afflict secondary school management in Kuwait and how to overcome them in the light of the overall quality of the entrance. (Published abstract)
