The aim of the current research is to prepare a proposed program to develop some decorative connection skills for female students of the Faculty of Specific Education to implement furniture for the living room. The importance of the research lies in making use of the capabilities of computer programs in analyzing the skills to be developed into small steps to achieve educational and educational goals. The current research followed the experimental descriptive approach, Its tools included (a proposed educational program in developing some decorative delivery skills for the implementation of furniture for the living room for students (the research sample), an achievement test (before - after) to measure the students' achievement of the information, concepts and facts included in the program and to ensure its validity and consistency, a note card for skill performance of skills That cannot be evaluated after the completion of the work, the measure of the final product evaluation carried out by the students, a questionnaire for the students' opinions towards using the educational program as a method of learning and to ensure its validity and stability). The research reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1) To benefit from the program in teaching the hand embroidery course for the third year of the Faculty of Specific Education. 2) Producing similar programs in other curricula in the field of clothing and textiles to form the nucleus of an electronic library inside the college and then inside the university. 3) Training faculty members and their non-specialized assistants on designing educational materials and programming them using computers.
