The paper aimed to: sweat the justifications for using e-learning: There are some justifications for using e-learning, including: ease of application in the classroom and with most study materials, can be used with large numbers of students, developing the capacity for dialogue and discussion and increasing student achievement in all subjects , And agrees with the contemporary view of reading as an activity in which the student interacts with the text and shows the meaning of what he reads himself, and the paper used the descriptive approach. The paper identified some obstacles to e-learning: Among them are the following: Lack of computers and accessories with sufficient quantity and quality, problems related to the Internet, "and the weak infrastructure in most developing countries in allocating the necessary funding, in providing computers and their supplies, facilitating communications, high internet fees, and not providing permanent maintenance of the Internet." There are other obstacles: the body language and gestures in e-learning are not present, which are important for communicating information to learners, and the lack of these interactions impedes the process of education, and e-learning may not be appropriate for certain groups of learners, especially the natural sciences, which need laboratories And laboratory experiments, also the process of evaluating learners is difficult due to the possibility of exchanging the learner's email password and identity number with others during the evaluation.
