The study aimed at: achieving a number of goals, including: responding to keep pace with the rapid social changes on Arab and Islamic societies that require change and re-refining educational skills, especially those working in educational fields, especially its leaders, and assistance in re-understanding terms in the training work, and raising awareness of policies and procedures And ways of identifying training needs and appropriate means to meet them, and determining the training needs of educational leaders in the future. The study used the descriptive approach, and the study tool was a questionnaire to solicit the opinions of educational leaders on educational needs. The results of the study found that: Educational leaders need training in the following training areas: crisis management, management and administrative development, strategic planning, administrative leadership, quality control, professional development of workers and communication, and performance assessment. The study recommended a number of recommendations, including: establishing a specialized center for preparing and training educational leaders to keep pace with new changes and developments, expanding in holding conferences and training seminars to discuss problems and obstacles to meeting training needs, and seeking to develop current training programs, and the participation and presence of educational leaders in conferences, seminars, and scientific meetings Specialized, research support and worksheets submitted by them.
