The study aimed at Knowing the importance of training as a development tool in effective management, and the current study seeks to identify obstacles to applying and implementing training plans and programs in different institutions. The study also seeks to know the role of effective management in applying training as a tool to achieve and meet development, and the study used: the descriptive approach to verification The validity of the study's questions and objectives. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1) The necessity of having extensive sessions and seminars for female workers to make them aware of the importance of training in the work life and the labor market. 2) Meet the needs of workers for courses and training programs. 3) The use of highly qualified technical and scientific trainers to train globalization in order to achieve production quality. 4) Workers' satisfaction with the training courses they receive and their ability to improve their performance.
