The study aimed to prepare a list of basic skills appropriate for primary school students, which enables them to memorize the multiplication table, and build a proposed model of a remedial plan to treat the weakness of primary school students in the skill of memorizing the multiplication table, and the definition of math teachers and social worker and educators in this category and work to help them to overcome these problems , And investigating the factors causing the weakness of primary students in the skill of memorizing the multiplication table. The study used the descriptive and semi-experimental approaches. The study reached a number of results, including: There is a weakness in primary school students in memorizing the multiplication table, and building a scientific test that can be used to measure the degree of keeping the student of the multiplication table, and that the proportion of those who memorize them significantly equivalent to approximately one in five students, and the existence of a correlation between the degree of student memorization of the multiplication table , The degree of mastery of basic mathematical skills in general.
