هدف البحث إلى معرفة المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي بالمعاهد الأزهرية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج، أن الأخصائي الاجتماعي يلعب دورا مهما في تحقيق البيئة السوية للمتعلمين لكي يكونوا قادرين على التكيف مع متطلبات الدراسة السليمة والناجحة إلا أنه يواجه مجموعة من الصعوبات والمشكلات، التي تحد من فاعليته وتقلل من تأثيره فقد تكون معوقات خاصة ببيئة العمل أو بذاتية الأخصائي الاجتماعي، ومنها أنهم بحاجة إلى اكتساب المزيد من المعارف والمهارات والخبرات بما يصقل شخصياتهم المهنية، واكتساب آليات جديدة لمهام الأخصائي الاجتماعي داخل المعاهد الأزهرية والتحرك من الاعتماد التقليدي إلى التحرك نحو استخدام الأساليب الحديثة لمواجهة المشكلات والمساهمة في تنمية وتحديث المجتمع المعاصر، ضرورة مشاركتهم في تحديد احتياجاتهم التدريبية سوف يساعد على معرفة اتجاهات الأخصائيين ورغباتهم، التركيز على البرامج التدريبية التي تربط بين النظرية والتطبيق. The objective of the current research is to identify is to identify the obstacles faced by the social worker in the Azhar institutes and the researcher used the athodology descriptive for the relevance of the subject of research, and the search reached several results, that the social worker plays an important role in achieving a healthy environment for learners to be able to adapt to the requirements of a sound and successful study but to face a set of difficulties and problems.
