هدف البحث إلى محاولة التوصل إلى أبرز المقترحات لمواجهة بعض المشكلات الإدارية في مدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية. ترجع أهمية البحث إلى طبيعة الموضوع ذاته، حيث يتناول بعض المشكلات الإدارية في مدارس التربية الخاصة. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. تبرز مشكلة البحث في التساؤل التالي: كيف يمكن مواجهة بعض المشكلات الإدارية في مدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية؟ ويتفرع من هذا التساؤل تساؤلات فرعية: 1) ما الفلسفة الحاكمة لإدارة مدارس التربية الخاصة بجمهورية مصر العربية؟ 2) ما المشكلات الإدارية التي تحول دون تحقيق مدارس التربية الخاصة لأهدافها؟ 3) ما المتطلبات اللازمة لمواجهة المشكلات الإدارية في مدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية؟. The objective of the current research to try to reach the most prominent proposals to address some administrative problems in special education schools in Dakahlia Governorate. The importance of this research is due to the nature of the subject itself, as it deals with some administrative problems in special education schools. The research used the current search descriptive approach. This main question is divided into the following sub-questions: 1) What is the ruling philosophy of the administration of special education schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt? 2) What are the administrative problems that prevent the achievement of special education schools for their objectives? 3) What are the necessary requirements to address administrative problems in special education schools in Dakahlia?.
