هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين التمكين الإداري ومستوى تحقيق أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية بكلية التربية جامعة القصيم من وجهة نظر الإداريات، واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وكانت الاستبانة أداة الدراسة، وطبقت على عينة مكونة من (92) إدارية بكلية التربية، ومن أهم النتائج: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة عند (0.01) بين التمكين الإداري ومستوى تحقيق أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية بكلية التربية جامعة القصيم من وجهة نظر الإداريات. Administrative empowerment and its relation to the achievement of organizational health dimensions Faculty of Education, Qassim University from the administrative point of view the present study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between administrative empowerment and the level of achieving organizational health dimensions in the Faculty of Education, Qassim University from the administrative point of view. It was based on the associative descriptive approach, The questionnaire was the study tool, and it was applied on a sample of (92) administrative faculty of education, and one of the most important results was the existence of a positive correlation at the level (0.01) between administrative empowerment and the level of achieving organizational health dimensions at the Faculty of Education, Qassim University from the administrative point of view.
