هدف البحث التعرف على واقع جودة الخدمات التعليمية بمدارس التربية الفكرية بمحافظة الدقهلية والمعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيقها وكذلك متطلبات تحقيقها، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، تم تطبيق استبانة على عينة ممثلة من معلمي مدارس التربية الفكرية بمحافظة الدقهلية وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لموضوع الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع جودة الخدمات التعليمية بمدارس التربية الفكرية يعاني قصورا في كثير من الجوانب منها قصور المدرسة في توفير فحوصات طبية للتلاميذ المعاقين عقليا وعدم ملاءمة المناهج مع احتياجات وقدرات المعاقين عقليا، كذلك يفتقر المبني المدرسي إلى معايير الجودة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تزويد المدارس بمعلمين مؤهلين للتعامل مع المعاقين عقليا مع ضرورة تفعيل التعاون بين المدرسة والمنزل من أجل نجاح البرامج التأهيلية والتربوية التي تقدم لتلك الفئة. The study aims at exploring the current reality, obstacles, and requirements of the quality of educational services in intellectual education schools in Dakahlia Governorate. Consequently, a questionnaire has been applied to a representative sample of intellectual education teachers in Dakahlia Governorate. The study follows the descriptive method, because of its relevance. The study finds out that there is a great deficiency with respect to the provision of medical check-ups for students with intellectual disability, the unsuitability of curricula for students’ needs and capabilities, and the poor quality of the school buildings. The study highly recommends providing intellectual education schools with teachers who are highly qualified to deal with students with intellectual disabilities, in addition to affecting the cooperation between home and school in order to ensure the success of the educational and rehabilitative programs offered to these groups.
