يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تقويم دور مركز القياس والتقويم بجامعة الزقازيق في التحسين المستمر لإدارة الآداء المؤسسي، من خلال التعرف على مدى نجاح المركز في أداء المهام المنوط به في ضوء آراء القائمين على المركز، ويستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لدراسة الظاهرة، والتعرف على جميع أبعادها، وتم إعداد استبانة لجمع الأراء حول عدة محاور تتضمن أبعاد العمل المؤسسي وهي (الفلسفة والرسالة والأهداف، الحكم والإدارة، والنظام المؤسسي، والموارد المؤسساتية والخدماتية) بمركز القياس والتقويم بجامعة الزقازيق، بالإضافة إلى الوثائق الرسمية، والموقع الإلكتروني للمركز، وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها وجود اتفاق بين مقدم الخدمة والمستفيد منها على نجاح المركز، بالإضافة إلى تصور مقترح لتحسين أداء مركز القياس والتقويم بجامعة الزقازيق في التطوير المستمر للآداء المؤسسي للمركز في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها. The current research aims to evaluate the role of the Measurement and Evaluation Center at Zagazig University by identifying the center's success in performing the tasks assigned to it, In light of the opinions of those in charge of the center In the continuous improvement of institutional performance, The research uses the descriptive method to study the phenomenon and to know all its dimensions, a questionnaire was prepared to collect opinions on several axes that include the dimensions of institutional work (philosophy, mission and objectives, governance and administration, the institutional system, and institutional and service resources) at the Measurement and Evaluation Center at Zagazig University, In addition to the official documents, and the center's website. The research reached a number of results, including the existence of an agreement between the service provider and its beneficiary on the success of the center, in addition to a proposed vision to improve the performance of the measurement and Evaluation Center at Zagazig University in the continuous development of the institutional performance of the center in light of the results that have been reached.
