هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة مشاركة معلمي التربية الرياضية الإدارات المدرسية في تحقيق الانضباط المدرسي من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في محافظة المفرق، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية وفقاً لمتغيرات الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والمرحلة التعليمية وفقاً لمتوسطات وجهة نظر المديرين. تضمنت عينة الدراسة (62%) من مجتمع الدراسة، واستخدم الباحث فيها المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ حيث قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة مكونة من جزأين: الجزء الأول تضمن بعض المتغيّرات الديموغرافية، والجزء الثاني اشتمل على (40) فقرة تخص مجالات ومحاور الدراسة، إضافة إلى التحقّق من صدق وثبات الاستبانة. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود درجة متوسطة لدرجة مشاركة معلمي التربية الرياضية لمديري المدارس في محافظة المفرق في تحقيق الانضباط المدرسي، ودلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس وذلك لصالح الذكورعلى جميع المجالات، كما دلت النتائج على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات 1) سنوات الخبرة 2) المؤهل العلمي 3) والمرحلة التعليمية وذلك على جميع المجالات الكلية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، أوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: 1) ضرورة القيام بأبحاث أخرى مشابهة في مناطق اخرى من المملكة. 2) تمكين مديري المدارس وتزويدهم بالأدوات التي تساعدهم في إشراك معلمي التربية الرياضية بإدارة المدرسة. 3) ضرورة الاهتمام بمعلمي التربية الرياضية، وتمكينهم واستغلال مهاراتهم وخبراتهم. 4) عقد دورات وورش عمل لمديري المدارس ومعلمي التربية الرياضية لبناء جسر التواصل والانسجام بينهم، وتوعيتهم بدورهم المتكامل في عملية تحقيق الانضباط المدرسي. The study aimed to identify the degree of participation of physical education teachers and school administrations in achieving school discipline from the point of view of the principals of Mafraq Governorate schools and revealing the significance of the differences between the average estimates of managers according to the variables (gender, years of experience, educational qualification, and educational stage). The study sample consisted of (185) male and female admisintratives, and the descriptive survey method was used. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire that consisted of two parts; the first part of it included some demographic variables, and the second part of it included (40) paragraphs, and the validity and reliability of the tool were verified. The results show that he degree of participation of physical education teachers and school administrations in achieving school discipline came to a medium degree and showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the effect of (Gender) variable in all fields and indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of years of experience, academic qualification and educational stage in all fields as well. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1) Carrying out other similar research in other regions of the Kingdom. 2) Empowering school principals and providing them with tools that help them involve physical education teachers in the decision-making process. 3) The need to pay attention to physical education teachers and empower them and exploit their skills and experiences. 4) Holding courses and workshops targeting both school administratives and physical education teachers to build a bridge of communication and harmony between them and to make them aware of their integral role in the process of achieving school discipline.
