هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتحقيق متطلبات تحقيق جودة الحياة المهنية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وتفرع عن هذا الهدف عدة أهداف فرعية منها: تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي لجودة الحياة المهنية، ومعرفة أبعاد جودة الحياة المهنية والمشكلات لدى جودة الحياة المهنية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الدقهلية، والكشف عن العوامل المؤثرة في جودة الحياة المهنية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الدقهلية. وتحقيقا لهدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من المشكلات منها: مشكلات مرتبطة مشكلات مرتبطة بالمهنة، ومشكلات مرتبطة بالروضة وزملاء العمل، ومشكلات مرتبطة بالأطفال، ومشكلات مرتبطة بالمعلمة ذاتها. لتحقيق جودة الحياة المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال للتغلب على المشكلات المهنية التي تقابلهن منها: مقترحات خاصة بمهنة رياض الأطفال، ومقترحات خاصة بالروضة، ومقترحات خاصة بالمعلمة. The research aimed to develop a proposed conception to achieve the requirements of achieving the quality of professional life of kindergarten female teachers. there are some sub-objectives have been divided from this goal, including: defining the conceptual framework for the quality of professional life, knowing the dimensions of the quality of professional life and problems among kindergarten female teachers, measuring the level of professional life quality at kindergarten female teachers in Dakahlia Governorate, and disclosing the factors affecting the quality of professional life of kindergarten female teachers in Dakahlia Governorate. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach. The research reached a set of problems, including: problems related to society and parents, problems related to the profession, problems related to kindergarten and co-workers, problems related to children, and problems related to the teacher herself. The research presented some proposals to achieve the quality of professional life of kindergarten female teachers to overcome the professional problems that they encounter, including: proposals for the kindergarten profession, proposals for kindergarten, and proposals for the teacher.
