تبرز أهداف البحث في التعرف على واقع تطبيق القادة لعناصر الطريقة الكشفية، وإظهار الفروق بين القادة تعزو إلى متغيرات المؤهل التربوي، المؤهل الكشفي، سنوات الخبرة الكشفية. وأظهرت الاستنتاجات إن القادة/ القائدات يطبقون عناصر الطريقة الكشفية بنسبة كبيرة، كما أكدت النتائج على وجود فروق بين القادة في تطبيقهم لعناصر الطريقة الكشفية تعزو لمتغير المؤهل الكشفي وسنوات الخبرة الكشفية. أما التوصيات فقد أكدت الدراسة على ضرورة تأهيل قادة وقائدات مرحلة البراعم كشفيا وتربويا، لإعداد جيل قادر على مواجهه تحديات القرن الحادي والعشرون التي أقرها المؤتمر الكشفي العالمي 2017. The objectives of the research to identify the reality of the application of the leaders of the elements of the Scout method, and to show the differences between the leaders attributed to the variables of educational qualification, Scout Qualification, years of scouting experience. The results showed that leaders applied the elements of the scouting method by a large percentage. The results also confirmed differences between the leaders in their application of the scouting elements attributed to the Scout Qualification variable and the years of scouting experience. As for the recommendations, the study stressed the need to rehabilitate the leaders and leaders of the stage of buds, both graphically and culturally, to prepare a generation capable of facing the challenges of the twenty-first century adopted by the World Scout Conference 2017.
