استهدف البحث التعرف على مستوى معرفة الطلبة المعلمين بفنيات تحليل السلوك التطبيقي وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات، أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (123) طالبا وطالبة، باستخدام مقياس تم التحقق من ثباته وصدقه. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن نسبة معرفة الطلبة المعلمين بتلك الفنيات 47.7%، وهذا يشير إلى أن مستوى معرفتهم منخفضة جدا. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى معرفة المشاركين بتلك الفنيات وذلك لصالح المشاركين الإناث، والمختصين في التربية الخاصة، والدارسين لمادة عن فنيات تحليل السلوك التطبيقي، وأيضا بينت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية سلبية بين مستوى معرفة المشاركين بتلك الفنيات وحماسهم لاستخدامها. This study aimed at examining the student teachers' knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies and its relation to some variables. A sample of 123 male and female participated in the study. Data was collected using an instrument after the validity and reliability were verified. The results indicated that participants demonstrated a very low level of ABA strategies knowledge (47.7%). In addition, the results suggested that females, participants with special education major, and participants who have taken ABA classes were more knowledgeable about ABA strategies than other participants. There was also a negative correlation between participants' knowledge of ABA strategies and their willingness to use them. (Published abstract)
