هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مستويات قيم العمل لدى معلمي الطلبة المكفوفين والصم في الأردن، طبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغت (92) من معلمي الطلبة المكفوفين والصم، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة أهمية قيم العمل لدى معلمي الطلبة المكفوفين والصم في الأردن مرتفعة، في مجالات التالية وهي: (القيم الدينية، القيم الفكرية، القيم التعليمية، القيم الاجتماعية، القيم الاقتصادية، القيم الوطنية) ومتوسطة في (القيم الجمالية، القيم الأخلاقية). وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى قيم العمل لدى معلمي الطلبة المكفوفين والصم في الأردن تعزى لمتغير الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي ونوع الإعاقة في جميع المجالات. This study aimed at finding out the levels of Job values among the teachers of the blind and deaf students in Jordan, the study implemented on a sample of (92) of teachers of the blind and deaf students. The results showed that: the degree of importance of Job values among teachers of the blind and deaf students in Jordan is high, in the following areas: (religious, intellectual, educational, social, economic, national values) and was medium on: (aesthetic and moral values). And the lack of statistically significant differences in the level of Job Values among teachers of the blind and deaf students in Jordan due to the experience and educational qualification variables and type of disability in all areas.
