هدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج تدريبي في تنمية مهارة اتخاذ القرار لدى ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة. وتكونت عينة البحث من (10) ذكور بالغين تم تقسيمهم بالتساوي إلى مجموعتين إحداها تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة، من مدرسة التربية الفكرية بمدينة ناصر بمحافظة بني سويف للعام الدراسي 2015-2016، وتراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية بين (14-17) سنة، ومعامل ذكائهم بين (50-68). وتم استخدام مقياس ستانفورد بينيه للذكاء (الصورة الرابعة)، ومقياس فاينلاند للسلوك التكيفي، ومقياس المستوى الاجتماعي الاقتصادي، ومقياس اتخاذ القرار، والبرنامج التدريبي. وكشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي لمهارة اتخاذ القرار لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، مما يشير إلى فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية القدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى البالغين ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة. The present research aimed to verify the effectiveness of training program in developing the decision-making skill with mild intellectual disability. The sample research consisted of (10) adult men from the School of Intellectual Education in Nasser - Beni Suef, for the academic year 2015-2016. they were divided equally into two groups; experimental group and control group. their age ranged between (14 to 17) years, their degree of intelligence ranged between (50 to 68). The research used Stanford Binet (fourth image), scale of intelligence, Vineland scale of Adaptive Behavior, the measurement of socio-economic level, the measurement of decision-making, and the training program. The results revealed that There are statistically significant differences between means of degrees of the two groups; experimental and control in the post test of the decision-making, in favour of the experimental group, and this indicates the effectiveness of the training program in the development of decision-making in adults with mild intellectual disability.
