هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية استخدام برنامج تدريبي قائم على استراتيجية K.W.L.H في تنمية مهارات التدريس والمسئولية الاجتماعية لطلاب الدبلوم العامة ولتحقيق تم استخدام أدوات الدراسة وتشمل: 1) بطاقة ملاحظة تضمنت المهارات التدريسية الرئيسية والفرعية اللازمة للطالب المعلم بالدبلوم العام. 2) مقياس للمسئولية الاجتماعية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) طالبا وطالبة بالدبلوم العامة للعام الجامعي 2014-2015 م تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين عشوائيا كل مجموعة (30) طالبا وطالبة، إحداهما كمجموعة التجريبية والتي تم التدريس لها وتدريبها من خلال البرنامج القائم على استراتيجية K.W.L.H والثانية كمجموعة ضابطة تم التدريس لها بالطرق التقليدية. وقد استغرقت التجربة (16) أسبوع موزعين على الفصلين الدراسيين لنفس العام الجامعي ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في تحسين أدائهم للمهارات التدريسية وكذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة في مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لصالح طلاب المجموعة التجريبية. This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of using a training program based on K.W.L.H. strategy on improving the general diploma students' teaching skills and their social responsibility. Tools of the study included an observation Card List of the main teaching skills and sub-skills required for the general diploma students, and a Social Responsibility Scale. The sample of the study was sixty male and female general diploma students who were divided randomly into two groups: the experimental group (30 students) and the control group (30 students). The experimental group students were exposed to the suggested training program whereas the control group students received traditional teaching. The study lasted sixteen weeks during the scholastic year 2014-2015. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group students in both the teaching skills and the social responsibility compared with the control group students.
