هدف البحث إلى التعرف علي بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية التي يمكن أن تؤثر على مستوى إدمان الإنترنت لدى عينة من طلاب كلية التربية، مثل النوع، والجنس، والتخصص، ومحل الإقامة. تكونت عينة البحث من 400 طالباً وطالبة، 38 من الذكور، 362 من الإناث، من طلاب كلية التربية بقنا، جامعة جنوب الوادي، وامتدت أعمار العينة بين 18- 21 عاماً، بمتوسط عمري 21.19 سنة، وانحراف معياري 0.758، استخدم البحث الأدوات الآتية: مقياس إدمان الإنترنت إعداد (أرنوط، 2013)، استمارة البيانات الديموغرافية إعداد (الباحثة). وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى ما يلي: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب الذكور والإناث على مقياس إدمان الإنترنت لصالح الذكور، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب الشعب العلمية والأدبية على مقياس إدمان الإنترنت لصالح الشعب الأدبية، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب ساكني الحضر والريف على مقياس إدمان الإنترنت لصالح ساكني الحضر. The present research aims to identifying for some demographic variables such as gender, specialization, place of residence, which can affect the level of Internet addiction among a sample of students of the Faculty of Education. The sample comprised 400 male and female students, 38 males, 362 females from the College of Education in Qena. Their age ranged between 18-21, with mean age 19.20 and a standard deviation 0.758. The research used the following tools: Internet Addiction Scale prepared by (Arnaut 2013), demographic data form prepared by (researcher), and the results of the research concluded the following: There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample students on the Internet addiction scale according to gender (males, females) in favor of males, and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample students on the Internet addiction scale according to the ( Scientific-literary) specialization in favor of the literary specialization, there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample students on the Internet addiction scale according to the(urban - rural) in favor of urban residents.
