تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى المقارنة بين النماذج اللوغاريتمية الثلاث لنظرية الاستجابة للمفردة (لأحادي/ الثنائي/ الثلاثي) البارامتر في تدريج بنك للأسئلة الموضوعية في مادة الرياضيات للصف الخامس الابتدائي وذلك من حيث دقة القياس التي تتمثل في انخفاض قيمة الخطأ المعياري لكل من صعوبة المفردات، وقدرة الأفراد، وارتفاع مؤشرات الثبات لبنك الأسئلة، وأيضا ارتفاع قيم دوال المعلومات. أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 1500 تلميذا وتلميذة من طلاب الصف الخامس الابتدائي من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة السويس، واستخدمت الدراسة برنامج التحليل الإحصائي parscale الإصدار 4.1 في إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية لبيانات أداء أفراد العينة على بنك أسئلة وفقا لنماذج الاستجابة للمفردة اللوغاريتمية الثلاث (الأحادية والثنائية والثلاثية) البارامتر. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن النموذج ثلاثي البارامتر أفضل النماذج اللوغاريتمية الثلاث دقة في القياس حيث تبين أن النموذج الثلاثي البارامتر أدت تحليلاته إلى أقل تقدير للأخطاء المعيارية لتقديرات صعوبة المفردات وتقديرات قدرة الأفراد كما قدم النموذج الثلاثي أعلي التقديرات لقيم دوال معلومات مفردات بنك الأسئلة. وفي ضوء ذلك تمكنت الدراسة من تدريج وتقدير صعوبة المفردات وقدرات الأفراد في بنك الأسئلة وفقا للنموذج اللوغاريتمي ثلاثي البارامتر الأكثر دقة في القياس. كما تم حساب صدق وثبات بنك الأسئلة في صورته النهائية وذلك بعد حذف الأفراد غير الملائمين والمفردات غير الملائمة لأسس القياس الموضوعي باستخدام الطرق المتعددة في حساب الصدق والثبات وفقا للنموذج اللوغاريتمي ثلاثي البارامتر الأكثر دقة في القياس. This study aims to compare among the three models of Item Response Theory (one, two, three) parameter logistic models on calibrating objective questions Items bank in mathematics according to accuracy. Accuracy can be represented through: Decreasing standard error of difficulty and ability estimation, increase of reliability indexes, and increase of items information functions. The Sample of the study consisted of 1500 fifth grade primary stage pupils collected from Suez governorate, Egypt. The computer programs, Parscale version 4.1 and SPSS version 10 were used in making the required statistical data treatment according to (one, two and three parameter) logistic models. The study found that the form of three - parameter logistic model is the best than other models in the light of discovering the fit of items and person’s which forming Items bank. The process of calibration involved eliminating 9 items from the Item bank that showed statistical misfit to the three-parameter logistic model, so the calibrated Item bank consisted of 69 items. The same results reached with respect to three variables: the standard errors, the reliability indexes, and the values of test information function and therefore as indicators of the accuracy calibrating the items bank, it was found that the form of three - parameter model led his analysis to the lower estimate of the standard errors for items difficulty and persons’s ability estimation and the estimates for the reliability and values of test information function were higher than those estimated including its form of others. Finally it was possible to calibrate and estimate items difficulty and person’s ability of items bank according to the three parameter logistic model 3PL, which is the most accurate IRT model, and calculate the validity and the reliability of items bank in its final form after deleting invalid person’s and unfit items on the bases of the objective measurement using various methods in calculating the validity and the reliability according to the three parameter logistic model, which is the most accurate IRT model.
