هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور استراتيجي مقترح لتطوير منظومة البحث العلمي بكليات التربية في مصر، على ضوء واقعه وما يعانيه من مشكلات ونقاط ضعف على مستوى مدخلاته وعملياته؛ مما أدى إلى ضعف وتدني مخرجاته البحثية، وذلك من خلال ما أوردته الدراسات السابقة في هذا المجال ونادت به نتائجها وتوصياتها من ضرورة السعي لوضع استراتيجية أو تصور ورؤية مستقبلية توجه منظومة البحث العلمي بكليات التربية وباحثيها إلى تحقيق الأهداف والآمال المعقودة على تلك المنظومة البحثية ومخرجاتها في تطوير النظام التعليمي وحل مشكلاته ودفع عجلة التنمية الشاملة بالمجتمع. وقد توصل البحث من خلال المنهج الوصفي، وأسلوب (SWOT Analysis) وخطواته إلى تصور استراتيجي مقترح لتطوير المنظومة البحث العلمي بكليات التربية، يتضمن رؤيتها ورسالتها وغاياتها وأهدافها الاستراتيجية، وقيمها الحاكمة للممارسات البحثية، ومتطلبات وضمانات التنفيذ الناجح لهذا التصور، وتوقع المعوقات المحتملة التي يمكن أن تقف حائلا دون نجاح عملية التنفيذ وتحقيق التطوير المنشود، ووضع سبل وآليات الغلب عليها. This research aimed to develop a suggested strategic vision for the development of the scientific research system at the faculties of education in Egypt, in view of its reality and the problems and weaknesses on the basis of its inputs and processes, which led to the weakness and low outputs of research. The previous studies reached results and set recommendations emphasized an urgent need for developing a strategy or a suggested vision that directs the scientific research system and researcher so as to achieve the goals and hopes desired that lead to the development of the educational system and solving its problems. This, finally push the wheel of comprehensive development of society. The research, through the descriptive approach and the SWOT analysis and its steps, reached a suggested strategic vision for the development of the research system at the faculties of education, which includes its vision, mission, goals and strategic objectives, its values of research practices and the requirements that guarantee successful implementation of this vision, as well as anticipating the possible obstacles that may hinder the desired development and finally, setting ways and mechanisms to overcome such obstacles.
