هدف هذا البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير جوانب إعداد الطالب المعلم في ضوء متطلبات التعلم الخدمي، إذ يمثل التعلم الخدمي أحد أهم الأساليب التربوية التي تعمل على الربط بين الاهداف الاكاديمية للعملية التعليمية وأهداف المجتمع واحتياجاته؛ في محاولة لعلاج ما توصل إليه هذا البحث وما أثبتته الدراسات السابقة من انفصال بين ما يتم إعداد الطالب المعلم عليه وبين ما يتطلبه الواقع التعليمي بما فيه من مشكلات. وقد قام الباحث بتصميم استبيان بهدف التعرف على واقع توافر متطلبات ومهارات التعلم الخدمي في عمليات إعداد الطالب المعلم بكليات التربية بالإضافة إلى تحديد أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لتفعيل التعلم الخدمي، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في مجموعة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية جامعة بورسعيد والمنصورة وقناة السويس، وقد بلغ عددهم 56 عضو هيئة تدريس. وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها إمكانية تطبيق التعلم الخدمي بكليات التربية حيث تتوافر مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيقه ضمن عمليات الإعداد الحالية للمعلم بشكل كبير، فضلا عن ضعف توافر بعض المتطلبات التي يجب أن تعمل الكليات على توفيرها. The purpose of this research is to suggest scenario for developing the aspects of preparing the student teacher in the light of the requirements of service learning, as service learning is one of the most important educational methods which linking the academic objectives of the educational process and the objectives and needs of the community; in an attempt to remedy what the findings of this research and previous studies separation between the preparation of the student teacher and what is educational reality required. The researcher designed a questionnaire to identify the reality of the availability of requirements and skills of service learning in the preparation of the student teacher in the faculties of education in addition to identifying the most important requirements for the activation of service learning, The sample of the study was Being from 56 of faculty members in Faculties of Education, Port Said, Mansoura and Suez Canal University. The research has reached a number of results, the most important of which is the possibility of applying service learning to the faculties of education, where there is a set of requirements to be applied in the current preparation of the teacher significantly, as well as the availability of some of the requirements that the colleges must provide.
