The aim of the current research is to develop a list of educational standards for preparing the contents of children's television programs, based on the analysis of a sample of children's programs on television channels directed to him for a program sample consisting of (4) television programs on channels (Spacetoon, MBC3) and the necessary tools were built to be used in achieving The desired objectives of the research a content analysis form for these programs(prepared by the researcher) was used to determine the reality of those contents provided to children, a list of educational standards for children’s television programs(prepared by the researcher). The most important results resulted in the lack of diversity in the forms and contents of television programs directed to the pre-school child, the percentage of values and information in the programs (the study sample) was small, the nature of the negative contents presented represented a large percentage (62.5%) of the total episodes of one program, while it represented a small percentage (37.5) % positive content presented.
