The research aimed to identify effectiveness of educational program based on integrating brain-based learning and mind maps in mathematics teaching on creative mathematical thinking for second prep students. To achieve this aims the following instruments were prepared: Creative Mathematical thinking test for second prep students. The search group was selected from for second prep. students from El- Rahmanya prep school which belong to Deirmawas educational directorate. The sample consisted of 72 students and was divided into two group: 1) control group consisting of 37 students. They studied units of areas and factorization as a part of the mathematics subject in the second term using the conventional method. And an experimental group consisting of 35 students who studied the same two units using of educational program based on integrating brain-based learning and mind maps. The research proceeded in the following: 1) Preparing creative mathematical thinking test to students for second prep students. 2) Selecting the search group and dividing it into: control group and an experimental group. The creative mathematical thinking test and Motivation scale on the control and experimental groups (pre-application). 3) Teaching the two units: Areas and Factorization for second prep students as a part of the mathematics subject in the second term preparatory as follows: A control group studied using the conventional method and experimental group using educational program based on integrating brain-based learning and mind maps. 4) Applying the mathematical thinking test on the control and experimental groups (post-application). 5) Writing analyzing and interpreting results of the research. 6) Making recommendations and suggestions for further research in light of results of research. Results of the research indicated that: There is statistically significant difference between means of scores of students of control group (which studied using the conventional method) and the experimental group (which studied using educational program based on integrating brain-based learning and mind maps) in the post- application for creative mathematical thinking test for students of the experimental group. A number of recommendations were made the most of which were. Using of Educational program based on integrating brain-based learning and mind maps in teaching the two units of areas and factorization to second prep students due to its effectiveness in enhancing and increasing achievement and creative mathematical thinking. And training students teacher at faculty of education and in service teacher on how to use Educational program based on integrating brain-based learning and mind maps in teaching. Suggestions for further research included conducting a study similar to the current study in other branches of mathematics and on students of the different educational stages. Studying the effectiveness of using a program based on integrating brain-based learning and mind maps on critical thinking skills and geometric thinking among prep school students. Studying the effectiveness of using a program based on integrating brain-based learning and mind maps in teaching mathematics on the achievement of preparatory stage students with mathematics learning difficulties, their mathematical thinking and their attitude towards learning mathematics.
