هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع التجديد التربوي لنظام رياض الأطفال في مصر من وجهة نظر خبراء تربية الطفل، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير نظام رياض الأطفال في مصر في ضوء مدخل التجديد التربوي لمواجهة تحديات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطبيق استبانة على (183) من خبراء تربية الطفل في مصر، وتكونت من ست محاور للتجديد التربوي، وجاءت نسبة م توسط الاستجابة بدرجة تحقق متوسطة لمحورين هما: أهداف نظام رياض الأطفال ومناهج رياض الأطفال المطورة، بينما جاءت نسبة متوسط الاستجابة بدرجة تحقق صغيرة لكل من المحاور التالية: السياسة التعليمية، أدوار الإدارة العليا بالوزارة، البيئة التربوية الرقمية بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، والأداء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال؛ مما يشير إلى ضعف وجود مقومات التجديد التربوي بنظام رياض الأطفال، ومن ثم قدم البحث تصورا مقترحا استند إلى النظرة الشاملة لنظام رياض الأطفال في مصر في ضوء مدخل التجديد التربوي لمواجهة تحديات عصر الثورة الصناعية الرابعة على مستوى الأسرة، الروضة، وزارة التربية والتعليم، والمجتمع. The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the educational renewal of the kindergarten system in Egypt from the point of view of child education experts, and to present a proposed vision for the development of the kindergarten system in Egypt in the light of the entrance to educational renewal to meet the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution. The research used the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was applied to (183) child education experts in Egypt, and it consisted of six axes of educational renewal, and the average response rate came with a medium degree of verification for two axes: the objectives of the kindergarten system and the developed kindergarten curricula, while the average response rate came with a small degree of verification for each of the following axes: Politics Educational, senior management roles in the ministry, the digital educational environment in kindergarten institutions, and the professional performance of kindergarten teachers; Which indicates the low existence of the elements of educational renewal in the kindergarten system, and then the research presented a proposed scenario based on the comprehensive view of the kindergarten system in Egypt in light of the entrance to educational renewal to meet the challenges of the era of the fourth industrial revolution at the level of the Ministry of Education, kindergarten, family, and society.
