يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مدى امتلاك أعضاء هيئة التّدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية للكفاءة الرّقميّة في ظل جائحة كورونا، حيث تم اختيار عينة طبقية قوامها (300) عضواً من أعضاء هيئات التدريس، وتم تطوير مقياس البحث ل (Sangeetha and Saileela, 2021) واستخدامه للكشف عن الكفاءة الرقمية. وبينت النتائج أنّ درجة امتلاك الكفاءات الرّقمية لدى أعضاء هيئة التّدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، من خلال استخدامهم البريد الإلكتروني وتصفحه ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في توجيه الطلبة لمتابعة المساق، وقدرتهم في إعداد ملفات المحاضرة الإلكترونية وتحميل المستندات والفيديوهات اللازمة للمحاضرة، من جانب آخر تبين أيضاً أنه لا توجدُ فروقٌ دالة إحصائياً تُعزى لمتغيّري الجنس والجامعة، في حين تبين وجود فروقٌ دالة إحصائياً تُعزى لمتغيّر الرتبة الأكاديمية ولصالح أعلى رتبة، وفي متغير سنوات الخدمة ولصالح أقل سنوات خدمة. This research aims to Identified to the extent to which faculty members in Palestinian universities possess digital competence in light of the Corona pandemic, as a stratified sample of (300) faculty members was selected, and the questionnaire that he made (Sangeetha and Saileela, 2021) was developed and used to detect Digital competence. The results showed that the degree of possession of digital competencies by faculty members in Palestinian universities came to a medium degree, and they use e-mail and browsing, social media and to direct students to follow the course, and their ability to prepare electronic lecture files and upload documents and videos necessary for the lecture. On the other hand, it was also found that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of sex and university, while it was found that there were statistically significant differences due to the variable of academic rank and in favor of the highest rank, and in the variable of years of service and in favor of the least years of service.
