The study aimed to reveal the extent to which it is possible to support change management processes in the first cycle of basic education in the light of the Gemba Kaizen methodology. The study dealt with a literature review on change management, its concept, objectives, characteristics, processes, principles, importance and strategies. The current study also sheds light on the Gemba Kaizen methodology, its inception, concept, objectives, importance, principles and strategies. The study used the descriptive approach to clarify the nature of the change management process, and the Gemba Kaizen methodology. The most important results of the field study were the following: Most of the expressions of the first axis, which dealt with the planning stage for change according to the Gemba Kaizen methodology, obtained a high degree of verification, which in general indicates the desire and agreement of the sample members on the importance of the planning stage for change according to the Jamba Kaizen methodology contained in the vocabulary of this axis, which implicitly referred to a number of stages that the change planning process goes through and what this requires to achieve the Gemba Kaizen methodology, and the study sample showed a high degree of acceptance of the terms of this axis, and therefore their practice of this administrative step for change. The second axis, titled "The stage of organizing for change according to the Gemba Kaizen methodology", came to occupy the fourth place In terms of the degree of verification to a medium degree that tends to high compared to the other axes of the study, most of the statements of this axis varied in relation to the degrees of verification that showed the average extent of verification with a degree tending to high for some statements, and with a degree tending to low for other statements, and the results of the third axis showed “the stage of implementing change according to a methodology Gemba Kaizen stated that the general average of this axis indicates a medium degree of verification that tends to be high.
