هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف وجهات نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة بنها، نحو ظاهرة الانتحال العلمي لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا، وكيفية معالجتها؛ من أجل تحقيق النزاهة الأكاديمية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن أسئلتها، استخدم المنهج الوصفي لمعالجة موضوعها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (72) عضوا، موزعين حسب المؤهل، والخبرة، وقد اشتملت الاستبانة على (38) عبارة، غطت أربعة محاور، هي: معرفة طلاب الدراسات العليا بظاهرة الانتحال العلمي، وصور الانتحال العلمي الأكثر انتشارا لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا، وأسباب الانتحال العلمي لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا، ومقترحات للحد من ظاهرة الانتحال العلمي لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن من أهم أسباب الانتحال العلمي لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة: تدني وعي طلاب الدراسات العليا بمعنى الانتحال وبطرائق التوثيق والاقتباس، وكذلك ضعف المستوى التحصيلي لطلاب الدراسات العليا، وتوافر المعلومات وانتشارها على شبكة الإنترنت، والكسل والتهاون من جانب الطلاب في بذل أي مجهود، كما خلصت النتائج إلى تقديم مجموعة مقترحات للحد من انتشار ظاهرة الانتحال العلمي لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا، وتحقيق النزاهة العلمية. The study aimed to identify the study design, the descriptive approach to address its subject, and the study sample consisted of (72). members, distributed according to qualifications and experience, were randomly selected. The questionnaire included (38) statements that covered four axes: graduate students' knowledge of the phenomenon of scientific plagiarism, the most prevalent forms of scientific plagiarism among graduate students, and the reasons for scientific plagiarism among graduate students. The results showed the following: among the most common causes of scientific plagiarism among graduate students from the point of view of the sample members, the low awareness of postgraduate students about the meaning of plagiarism, and methods of documentation and citation, as well as the poor achievement level of graduate students, the spread and availability of information on the internet, and laziness. The students' negligence in making any effort for this, the researcher undertakes the process of scientific plagiarism, and the results concluded by presenting a set of proposals to limit the spread of the phenomenon of scientific plagiarism among graduate students and achieve scientific integrity.
