هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف حاضنات الأعمال كمدخل لدعم المشروعات الريادية لدى طلبة المدارس بسلطنة عمان، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت تحليل الوثائق في جمع البيانات والمعلومات. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن وجود عدد من حاضنات الأعمال في سلطنة عمان مثل: هيئة تنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والصندوق العماني للتكنولوجيا، ومركز ساس لريادة الأعمال، وعمان للشركات الناشئة، وإريكسون وعما نتل؛ وهذه الحاضنات تقدم خدمات متنوعة مثل الدعم المالي، وتوفير الأجهزة والمعدات والآلات، ودراسات الجدوى، والاستشارات القانونية، والتسويق، والتقويم. The current study aimed to identify business incubators as approach to support entrepreneurial projects among school students in the Sultanate of Oman, the study used the descriptive method, and the analysis of documents was used in collecting data and information. The results of the study found that there are a number of business incubators in the Sultanate of Oman, such as: The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, the Oman Technology Fund, the SAS Center for Entrepreneurship, and Oman for emerging, Ericsson and Omantel; These incubators provide various services such as financial support, provision of devices, equipment and machinery, feasibility studies, legal advice, marketing, and evaluation.
