تهدف الدراسة الحالية، للتعرف على مساهمة ودور عقود الإدماج في إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين، حسب هرم ماسلو، وكذا الوقوف على أهم الفروقات الموجودة في مستوى إشباع هذه الحاجات، انطلاقا من مجموعة من المتغيرات. وقد انطلقت الباحثة في دراستها من التساؤل العام التالي: هل لعقود العمل دور في إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين بالمؤسسات التربوية والخدماتية؟ وقد تفرعت عنها خمس تساؤلات تم عرضها كالآتي: 1) هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين تعزى لمتغير الجنس؟ 2) هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين تعزى لمتغير السن؟ 3) هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية؟ 4) هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين تعزى لمتغير التخصص الجامعي؟ 5) هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين تعزى لمتغير التخصص الجامعي؟ ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المقارن، لتحليل أهم ما جاء بالبرنامج الخاص بعينة دراستنا، وضبط أهم حاجاتهم، والعمل على مقارنتها من حيث مستويات الإشباع وفقا لبعض المتغيرات. وعليه فقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على (142) فرد، من خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين ببعض المؤسسات الخدماتية والتربوية بمدينة بسكرة، تراوحت أعمارهم مابين (23و 35سنة)، تم تطبيق مقياس من إعداد الباحثة مكون من (29) عبارة، تم تحديد خمس محاور انطلاقا من الحاجات الخمس المحددة في هرم ماسلو، وبعد التأكد من صلاحية المقياس من خلال إجراءات الصدق والثبات، تم توزيعه على عينة الدراسة. بعد أن تم توزيع وجمع وتفريغ البيانات، تمت المعالجة الإحصائية بالاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss21) والتي أسفرت عن النتائج التالية: 1) لعقود الإدماج الخاصة بفئة خريجي الجامعة دور متوسط في إشباع حاجاتهم حسب هرم ماسلو. 2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وقد كان الإشباع بمستوى متوسط ولصالح الإناث. 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين يعزى لمتغير السن. 4) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية، وقد كان الإشباع بمستوى متوسط ولصالح المتزوج. 5) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين تعزى لمتغير مدة العقد. 6) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إشباع حاجات خريجي الجامعة المتعاقدين تعزى لمتغير التخصص الجامعي. The current study aims to identify the contribution and the role of the integration contacts to stratify the needs of university graduates contractors according to Maslow’s hierarchy, as well as the stand on the most important differences exist in the level of satisfaction of these needs based on a set of variables. the researcher of the study was launched in the generally following question: do labor contracts role in satisfying the needs of university graduates contracting with service providers and educational; it has branched out by the five sub-questions it was presented as follows: 1) Are there any statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction of university graduates due to the variables sex differences. 2) Are there any statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction of the needs of university graduates due to the variables age differences. 3) Are there any statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction of the needs of university graduates contractors due to the variables marital status differences? 4) Are there any statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction of the needs of university graduates contractors due to the variables university specialization differences. 5) Are there any statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction of the needs of university graduates contractors due to the variables durations of the contractors difference. To achieve the objective of the study adopted a researcher on the descriptive style comparative to analysis the main points of our sample study program and adjust the most important needs and work to be compared in terms of the levels of saturation, according to some variable. And it has been applied to the study on (142) individual university graduates contractors some educational and service institutions in biskra, their ages ranged between (23 and 35) years old, Ben applied scale of the researcher consists of 29 words, Five themes were identified from five specific needs in Maslow’s hierarchy after confirming the validity of the measure during the validity and reliability procedures was distributed to the study sample. After they have been distributed to collect and dump the data, it has statistical treatment with the help of the program spss, which resulted in the following findings: Special category of university graduates integration contacts average role in satisfying their needs by Maslow. There are statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction of the needs of university graduates contractors due to the variable sex, was the average level of saturation in favor of females. No statistically differences in the level of satisfaction of the needs of university graduates due to the variable age. There are significant differences in the marital status it was the saturation level of the average married. No statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction of the needs of university graduation contractors due to the variable duration of the contract. No statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction of the needs of university graduation contractors due to the variable university specialization. (Author’s abstract)
