هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مستوى الدعم التنظيمي المدرك، وسلوك الإيثار، والتحقق من العلاقة الارتباطية بينهما، والكشف عن الفروق في الدعم التنظيمي المدرك، وسلوك الإيثار، تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (105) معلماً، ومعلمة، من معلمي المدارس الثانوية في مدينة رهط بالنقب، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتطوير مقياس الدعم التنظيمي المدرك، وسلوك الإيثار. وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الدعم التنظيمي المدرك، جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وأيضًا جاء مستوى سلوك الإيثار بدرجة مرتفعة جدًا. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الدعم التنظيمي المدرك، وسلوك الإيثار، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في الدعم التنظيمي المدرك، وسلوك الإيثار، تبعًا لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي. The current study aimed to identify the level of perceived organizational support, and altruistic behavior, and to verify the correlation between them, as well as to identify any differences in perceived organizational support and altruistic behavior, according to the variables of gender and education. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a scale of perceived organizational support and altruistic behavior and administered it to the study sample which consisted of (105) male and female secondary school teachers in the city of Rahat in the Negev. The study results showed that the level of perceived organizational support scored a high degree, and the level of altruistic behavior scored a very high degree. The results also showed a positive correlation between perceived organizational support and altruistic behavior, and that there were no differences in perceived organizational support and altruistic behavior, according to gender and academic qualifications.
