إن تزايد حجم المشكلات البيئية في العالم اليوم استدعى مزيدا من الاهتمام بهذه البيئة وبذل الجهود الفردية والجماعية من أجل حمايتها والحفاظ على توازنها، وكان من أبرز المساعي التي انتهجتها الدول والحكومات هو زيادة الاهتمام بالتربية البيئية وذلك بإدراج قضايا وموضوعات البيئة في المناهج التعليمية المدرسية حتى يتم تلقين قيم الحفاظ على البيئة في نفوس النشء منذ الصغر، وهذا ما أهتم به أيضا المشرع المدرسي في الجزائر حيث ضمن المناهج التعليمية في مختلف الأطوار موضوعات وقضايا تتعلق بالبيئة حرصا منه على تلقين قيم المحافظة على البيئة ورعايتها للأجيال المستقبلية. وتعتبر مادة التربية المدنية واحدة من تلك المواد التعليمية التي سعى من خلالها المشرع المدرسي إلى تكوين الفرد تكوينا لأن يكون قادرا على التفاعل الإيجابي مع محيطه الاجتماعي والبيئي وتكريس السلوك البيئي السليم، وهذا ما تستهدف هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء عليه منطلقة من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: ما هي قضايا البيئة التي يشتمل عليها كتاب التربية المدنية للطور الإبتدائي في المدرسة الجزائرية؟ ويتفرع على هذا التساؤل أربعة تساؤلات فرعية هي: 1) ما هي صورة النظام البيئي في كتابالتربية المدنية للطور الإبتدائي في المدرسة الجزائرية؟ 2) ما هي مشكلات التلوث البيئي التي يتضمنها كتابالتربية المدنية في المدرسة الجزائرية ؟ 3) ما هي أشكال استعمال الموارد البيئية الطبيعية في كتاب التربية المدنية للطور الإبتدائي في المدرسة الجزائرية ؟ 4) ما هو المحتوى المتعلق بحماية البيئة في كتابالتربية المدنية في الطور الإبتدائي في المدرسة الجزائرية؟ واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج ولقد أختار الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام تحليل المضمون (المحتوى) حيث قام بتحليل محتوى كتب التربية المدنية في الطور الإبتدائي في المدرسة الجزائرية معتمدا في ذلك على صنافة لتحليل محتوى هذه الكتب تضمنت هذه الصنافة 38 قضية بيئية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج تمثلت في ما يلي: 1) صورة النظام البيئي في كتب التربية المدنية في المرحلة الإبتدائية في المدرسة الجزائرية كانت صورة إيجابية، حيث تنوعت الموضوعات والقضايا المتعلقة بالنظام البيئي التي تناولتها هذه الكتب المدرسية، مثل مكونات النظام البيئي، علاقة الإنسان ببيئته، أنواع البيئات، ومن ثم فإن كتب التربية المدنية في المدرسة الجزائرية تمكن التلميذ من التعرف على مختلف عناصر وأجزاء النظام البيئي الذي يعيش فيه. 2) كتب التربية المدنية للطور الإبتدائي في المدرسة الجزائرية، تضمنت الكثير من الموضوعات ذات الصلة بمشكلات التلوث البيئي، ماعدا مشكلة تلوث التربة التي لم يولها المشرع المدرسي في الجزائر حيزا من كتب التربية المدنية ماعدا كتاب السنة الثانية الذي تضمن إشارة ضعيفة لهذا المشكلة البيئية. 3) كتب التربية المدنية في المرحلة الإبتدائية في المدرسة الجزائرية قد تضمنت العديد من أشكال استخدام الموارد البيئية الطبيعية، مثل استخدامات الطاقة واستخدامات الماء واستخدامات الغاز الطبيعي والنفط، إضافة إلى استنزاف الأحياء النباتية والحيوانية والتربة، وكان تناول كل تلك الموضوعات بنسبة ضعيفة. 4) كتب التربية المدنية في الطور الإبتدائي في المدرسة الجزائرية قد تضمنت العديد من الموضوعات المتعلقة بحماية البيئة وبنسب مختلفة من كتاب لآخر، وتمثلت هذه الموضوعات في: مكافحة التلوث البيئي، المحافظة على جمال البيئة، المشاركة في الأنشطة البيئية، تدوير النفايات، ومكافحة التصحر، ترشيد استهلاك الماء والكهرباء والغاز، وجهود العلماء في حماية البيئة، والحفاظ على الغابات والحدائق والمساحات الخضراء والحفاظ على نظافة الشاطئ، والحفاظ على النظافة العامة. The increasing size of the environmental problems in the world today require more attention to this environment and more individual and collective efforts to protect and preserve the balance, and It was the most prominent efforts pursued by the state and government is to increase attention to environmental education and the inclusion of issues and topics of environment in the school curricula so as indoctrination of environmental conservation values in the hearts of young people from an early age, This is also what care about it the school legislator in Algeria; where many of the topics and issues related to the environment of the educational curriculum in the various phases included. Keen to indoctrination environmental conservation values and care for future generations. The material civic education is one of those educational materials through which tried the school legislator to the formation of the individual configuration to be able to interact positively with social and environmental surroundings and to devote the proper environmental behavior, and this is what this study aimed at highlighting the flying of a key question that: What are the environmental issues included in the book of civic education in the primary phase of the Algerian school? Branching to this question four sub-questions are: 1) What is the image of the ecosystem in the book of civic education in the primary phase of the Algerian school? 2) What are the environmental pollution problems contained in the book of civic education in the Algerian school? 3) What are the forms of the use of natural environmental resources in the book of civic education in the primary phase of the Algerian school? 4) What is the content concerning the protection of Environment in the book of civic education in the primary phase in the Algerian school? Researcher chose descriptive analytical approach in this study using content analysis (content), where he analyzes the content of books Civic Education in Primary stage in Algerian schools using content analysis tool, which included 38 environmental issue. The study found a number of results was the following: 1) Picture ecosystem in the books of civic education in the primary school in the Algerian school was a positive image, where varied topics and issues related to the ecosystem addressed by these textbooks, such as ecosystem components, Man's relationship to its environment, the types of environments, so it has concluded that books of civic education in Algerian schools to give students the ability to recognize the various elements and parts of the ecosystem in which they live. 2) Books of civic education for the primary stage of the Algerian school, which included a lot of topics relevant to the problems of environmental pollution, But educational legislator in Algeria did not give the problem of soil pollution space in the books of civic education except the book of second year, which included a weak signal to this environmental problem. 3) Books of civic education at the primary school in the Algerian Contained many forms of use of natural and environmental resources, Such as energy use and water use and uses of natural gas and oil, as well as the depletion of animals, plants and soil, and the presence of all these issues by weak. 4) Books in of civic education Primary stage in the Algerian school has included a number of topics related to environmental protection in different proportions from a book to another, These topics represented in: combating environmental pollution, preserve the beauty of the environment, participate in environmental activities, waste recycling, and combating desertification, rationalizing the consumption of water, electricity and gas, and the efforts of scientists in environmental protection, and preservation of forests, parks and green spaces and maintain the cleanliness of the beaches, and hygiene General.
