تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحليل المضامين المعرفية لمنهاج التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة من التعليم المتوسط لتخريج القيم ذات الصلة بمفهوم المواطنة من وجهة نظر المشرع المدرسي، وكشف ما يتأتى منها في المستوى العملي التطبيقي من نتائج على تشكيل شخصية التلميذ في اتجاه تمثله لها، أي استدماجه لها وانخراطه في التصرف انطلاقا من دلالاتها بالنسبة له. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة من التعليم المتوسط بمضامينه المعرفية الموزعة على المجالات المفاهيمية السبعة، طبعة، 2011/2012. ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، معتمدا الموضوع والكلمة وحدتا للتحليل، وعليه فقد مر التحليل انطلاقا من وحدة الموضوع إلى وحدة الكلمة. وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة تم بناء شبكة لتحليل المحتوى، مقسمة إلى قسمين. القسم الأول في ضوء وحدة الموضوع، والقسم الثاني في ضوء وحدة الكلمة. وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وعلى صعيد حسن السلوك، فان المضامين المعرفية لمنهاج التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة من التعليم المتوسط، ترمي إلى أن يكون التلميذ واعيا بما له من حقوق وما عليه من واجبات، يحب وطنه ويحترم رموزه ويعتز بمقومات هويته الوطنية، التاكيد على مزايا الانفتاح على الآخر والتشارك معه في إطار قيم الحوار والتسامح، التفكير بطريقة علمية، والتحكم في وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، والمحافظة على سلامة البيئة. The present study is aimed to analyze the knowledgeable contents for the syllabus of civilized education of the fourth class in middle school to extract the values that have a link with the notion of citizenship from the perspective of syllabus maker, and baring what it is resulted from it in the practical scientific level of results to from the pupil’s personality in a direction that represent it and merging with it and involving in the behavior starting from its significance according to him. The simple of the study has been formed from civilized education book of 4th year of middle school with its knowledgeable contents which is distributed in the conceptional fields edition 2011\ 2012 and to realize the purpose from the study that is done by the researcher through using the analytic descriptive method in order to answer the study question a crisscross to analyze the content has been built is divided into 2 subdivisions. The first one is in the light of subject unity and the second one is in the light of word unity; the analysis then has passed from the subject unity till the word unity. It was one of the important results that this study has achieved. Concerning good behaving side, all the knowledgeable contents of the 4th year of middle school syllabus is aimed to make the pupil to be aware of his rights and duties, love his home land and respect its symbols, and being proud of the constituents of national identity, and the emphasis on the openness features with others and sharing with then the values of forgiveness and interviewing, thinking scientifically and controlling the modern communications means and preserving the environment.
