هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية لرعاية الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) مدير ومديرة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأعد الباحث مقياس الدراسة. أظهرت النتائج أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في رعاية طلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة دورا متوسطا، وأشارت أيضا أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية لرعاية طلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة دورا متوسطا، وأشارت أيضا أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط أراء أفراد حول دور للإدارة المدرسية في رعاية طلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة تعـزى للمتغيرات التالية (للجنس وللخبرة)، وأشارت أيضا أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط أراء أفراد حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية لرعاية طلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة تعزى للمتغيرات التالية (للجنس و للخبرة)، وأشارت أيضا أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط أراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول آليات التعاون بين المجتمع المحلي والمدرسة لخدمة طلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة تعزى للمتغيرات التالية. The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in activating the community partnership to care for students with special needs.
