هدف البحث إلى: 1) التعرف على درجة التحمل النفسي والطموح الرياضي لدى لاعبي منتخبات تربية محافظة نينوى. 2) التعرف على العلاقة بين درجة التحمل النفسي والطموح الرياضي لدى لاعبي منتخبات تربية محافظة نينوى. واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته وطبيعة البحث، واشتمل مجتمع البحث على لاعبي منتخبات تربية محافظة نينوى، والبالغ عددهم (90) لاعب. أما عينة البحث فقد اشتملت على (50) لاعب، وتم استبعاد (10) لاعبين كتجربة استطلاعية، واستخدم الباحثون مقياسين هما: مقياس التحمل النفسي المعد من قبل (عبود وآخران، 2018) والذي يتكون من (31) فقرة. أما بالنسبة إلى مقياس الطموح الرياضي المعد من قبل (الكرعاوي ومحمد، 2014) والذي يتكون من (30) فقرة، والمقياسيين مطبقين على البيئة العراقية، وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات المقياسين تم معالجة البيانات التي حصل عليها الباحثون إحصائيا باستخدام (الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط البسيط ليرسون، الاختبار التائي، المتوسط الفرضي، قانون النسبة المئوية). The research aims to: 1) Recognize the degree of psychological endurance and athletic ambition among the players of the Nineveh Governorate education teams. 2) Identify the relationship between the degree of psychological endurance and athletic ambition among the players of the Nineveh Governorate education teams. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method for its suitability for the nature of the research. The research community included the players of the Nineveh Governorate education teams, numbered (90) players, and the research sample included (50) players, and (10) players were excluded as an exploratory experiment .The researchers used two scales, which are: the psychological endurance scale prepared by (Abboud and others, 2018), which consists of (31) items, as for the athletic ambition scale prepared by (Al-Karaawi and Muhammad, 2014), which consists of (30) items, and the two scales are applied to the Iraqi environment. After verifying the validity and reliability of the two scales, the data obtained by the researchers were statistically processed using (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Lierson’s simple correlation coefficient, t-test, hypothetical mean, percentage law).
