هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان مدى توافر البنية التحتية التعليمية، والدور الذي يلعبه التعليم عن بعد لتحقيق الأهداف التعليمية العامة في مرحلة رياض الأطفال، من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور في دولة الكويت، خلال جائحة كورونا. استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة، حيث وزعت 305 استبانة بشكل عشوائي على أولياء الأمور. بالنسبة للبنية التحتية التعليمية، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: 1) وجود جهاز مشترك متاح للأطفال، بلغت نسبته 43%. 2) معرفة أولياء الأمور باستخدام البرامج بنسبة بلغت 9.87%. بينت الدراسة أن التعليم عن بعد يحقق الأهداف العامة لمرحلة رياض الأطفال بشكل وسطي، كما أظهرت أن معظم أفراد العينة متفق على ضرورة توافر أهداف (حركية) تتعلق بتحقيق احتياجات أطفالهم الجسدية والحفاظ عليها، وكذلك تنمية حواسهم وإكسابهم مجموعة من المهارات الأساسية. The study aims to explore the availability of Distance Learning Infrastructure and the role of distance education in achieving the objectives of kindergarten as perceived by children's parents during the Corona pandemic, in the State of Kuwait. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and 305 questionnaires were distributed randomly. Results showed that there is an independent device for distance learning available for children, at a rate of 43%, and parents' knowledge how to use distance education programs by 87.9%. The study showed that the general objectives of the kindergarten in the distance education program are moderately accomplished. Most of the sample group agree on the need of movement objectives, due to the physical needs, the preservation of bodies, the need to develop their children's senses, and acquiring children's basic skills.
