هدفت الدراسة فحص العلاقة بين المناعة النفسية والاكتئاب لدى عينة من المراهقين المعاقين بصريا بالمنيا، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) مراهقا ومراهقة (20 إناث، 20 ذكور) من طلاب وطالبات المرحلة الثانوية، بمتوسط عمري (16.5)، وانحراف معياري قدره (0.506). وقد استخدمت الباحثة مقياس بيك للاكتئاب (1961) ترجمة صفوت فرج (2000)، ومقياس المناعة النفسية إعداد الباحثة. وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود ارتباط عكسي دال إحصائيا بين المناعة النفسية والاكتئاب لدى عينة البحث، كما حددت نتائج الدراسة نسبة انتشار المناعة النفسية بنسبة (18.58%) بين المراهقين الذكور المعاقين بصريا وتقدر المناعة النفسية بحوالي (13.47%) بين الإناث المعاقين بصريا. This study aimed at investigating the relation between the psychological immunity and depression among a sample of visually impaired adolescents in Minia. The study sample consisted of (40) adolescents (20 male and 20 female) from secondary students. with average age (16,5) SD (0,506). The researcher used Beck scale (prepared by Beck (1961) translated by Safwat Farag (2000) and the psychological immunity scale (prepared by the researcher). The results proved that: There was statistically significant correlation between scores of adolescents on Beck scale and their scores on psychological immunity scale, the study determined the psychological immunity prevalence on males as (18.58%) and on females as (13.47%).
